Owner Project Managment

We serve institutional clients planning capital construction projects in the Greater Boston Area.

On Time.
On Buget.
Every Time.

We serve our clients by acting as their exclusive agent throughout the planning, design, and construction process, helping to ensure that quality, cost and schedule objectives are met.

As a small, service-oriented firm, we pay attention to the details and make it our goal to produce savings greater than our fees.

Since our fees are not tied to construction contracts, we are able to make decisions and recommendations that represent the owner’s best interests.
